The rules of the road for the circular economy. Please read these terms carefully before using the TrashTech platform.
By accessing or using the TrashTech website, mobile application, or waste collection services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our Service.
1. User Accounts & Responsibilities
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.
You Agree Not To:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
- Submit false or misleading information regarding the type or quantity of waste.
- Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
2. Waste Collection Standards
TrashTech reserves the right to refuse collection if materials constitute a health hazard or do not match the category declared in the App.
3. Payments & Eco-Rewards
Payouts for recyclable materials are calculated based on current market rates per kilogram. TrashTech reserves the right to adjust rates without prior notice based on global commodity prices. Wallet balances can be withdrawn to your bank account or donated to partner charities.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TrashTech, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TrashTech operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
